Known as the most aggressive pickup artist in New York, I first saw Paul Janka on the Dr. Phil show. Now knowing Dr. Phil, anytime he has a guest that is doing things out of the norm, he usually likes to get at them in a negative way.

I remember I saw this guy on his show once who was making bums and homeless people fight with each other for money, videotaping them and selling the footage for-profits. Now that is very unfortunate but hilarious at the same time.

So anyways, he brought the guest on the show and kicked him off as soon as he got on stage. Yes Dr.Phil got a lot of applause from that little event but that was super lame.

Anyways, enough of Dr. Phil, let’s talk about Paul Janka.

When Paul came on Dr. Phil’s show, he handled him very well. Or as I like to say sometimes, he actually “Alpha maled” (To put someone in their place. Usually by exposing facts) Dr.Phil on his own show.

Now what I like about Paul’s game is that he is very Alpha. I’ve seen some of his pick up videos and I can assure you what he’s doing is more than possible for anyone.

One of his pickups where he just grabs the girl when she’s on the phone actually reminded me of what one of my buddies and I did when these 2 girls were just walking down on Granville Street in Vancouver.

My buddy, who is great at direct approaches went up to the to two set, gave them a great big smile put his hand out and said “Hey, my name is Kevin” and I went right after to engage the other girl, introduced myself put my arm around her neck and we all started walking together.

The first girl said “Wow, I’m loving the confidence” the second girl was in total awe and (My girl) goes “Does this really work?”, I replied “What do think?” as I walked with her with my arm around her neck.

So being alpha definitely works but you have to get to that level first.

Paul is one of those few pickup artists who is in real harmony with his “Man Core Energy’. You have to be if you want to be that ‘Alpha Male’.

How can you achieve results like Paul? By approaching as many sets as you can on a daily basis. I talk about this a lot and it’s very simple. The more women you approach the more “Alpha” you’re going to become and this will enable you to get the results that Paul attracts quite naturally.

From what I’ve seen, Paul appears a bit sleazy and I’m not a big fan of people who count the number of women that they have slept with (I think that is just giving the people what they want though and to create controversy. I understand that.). Regardless, that is “POST PUA” stuff anyways and like I always say, whatever you decide to do after you get the girl’s number is on you.

One thing is for sure, for one reason or another, there really are a lot of girls that you can sleep with who just are looking for sex and nothing else. You’ll be surprised. Women need sex too

However, Paul’s tactics work and if your sole goal is just to get as many women in bed as you can, get his stuff because yes it does work.

PS: I’ve never used the word ‘Alpha’ so many times lol

PPS: QUALITY women (I’m talking about their personality here and who are 8+ on the PUA scale) and bottom line ALL WOMEN are looking for meaningful relationships.

Women want to be protected, loved and taken care of. The girls who are giving it up are the super young ones 18-24 or they haven’t found their perfect guy / soulmate or are just divorced (Hurt). They are on their unique journeys as well.

To be more blunt, even a cum-gobbling slut who loves to be gangbanged by 50 guys is looking for her life partner as well.

There is not a single woman on earth that doesn’t long for eventually finding their prince charming.

That’s just who women are. This is my experience talking by the way.

As men, it is our job to love women, take care of them, provide for them and protect them.

Now it’s up to you on how long it takes you to accept this fact.

As men, we want the same thing. We want a nice beautiful girl who is in perfect harmony with us as well. If you are reading this and going “That’s some gay as bullshit dude” well keep approaching women and you will get to that point too. KEEP APPROACHING ALL THE TIME.

However, YOU have to become and grow into a ‘MAN’ yourself first and PUA will definitely help you get there and clear things up on the way. Some become a ‘MAN” sooner than others, we all have our own unique and dynamic journey to enjoy.

Always remember, “You only attract who who are”

So if you are not a ‘MAN’ yet, enjoy your PUA journey. Alpha Male these girls and pound them silly. You are the value, not her.

PPPS: Paul Janka has a girlfriend now too. At a boy!

Tyler Durden is not only one of my favorite characters in a movie (I’m obviously referring to Fight Club the movie featuring Brad Pitt) but also one of my favorite and most respected pickup artists as well. I guess I shouldn’t label people as pick up artists but as people who are aware of what PUA is.

However let me keep it straight one hundred that you can call PUA Social Dynamics, dating tips for men or whatever makes you happy but at the end of the day when you try to approach a hot girl for the first time ever, that process is called PUA.

Anyways it doesn’t matter what you call it, what matters is you actually doing it. I was introduced to Tyler Durden’s work again to my PUA coach was also a big fan of his whole real social dynamics organization.

I love Tyler’s style because I think that’s how my style is. It’s more about being social and being aware of social things (I almost want to say social dynamics lol) but you know what, that’s what it really is.

Now one thing I can guarantee you that every person has their own style. Some people are amazing in going direct, some people have amazing storytelling skills, some people can really strive in a club game situation and etc. my point is everybody has their own PUA gift and you will only discover it once you start telling it.

What I like about Tyler Durden whose real name is Owen Cook, that his style is very natural and a lot of situations that he describes in his videos are almost the same ones that I’ve experienced in my life or when I’m out sagging.

Another cool thing about Tyler is that yes he was also featured in the book called ”The Game” by Neil Strauss so you know you’re learning from one of the best. It’s funny how all these names that were featured in ‘The Game’ are now doing their own thing.

You know what, that is actually a huge advantage and a huge benefit for all of us who are trying to learn PUA because now you get the best individual and more targeted  information from the best people who are out there. So in my books, in JB the Mummy’s book, Tyler is definitely someone you ought to check out and learn from. As I always say, you don’t have to learn everything they say or do everything they do but pick the points that work for you.

Neil Strauss is the author of the book called the game. Now before he wrote his book, he was just an average guy (somewhat) working with rock stars or something as their assistant or whatever. The reason I’m telling you guys this is because it just shows that all you have to do is practice PUA and you can go approach any woman you want.

In fact, I guarantee that once you keep doing it and you get to a stage where you are comfortable with who you are as a person, not just as a pickup artist but as a person, you will naturally attract what you’re looking for as far as the opposite sex is concerned. Whether that is a threesome, a girlfriend or a wife that you are madly in love with, you will attract it because you will “become” that man that you always wanted to become.

So going back to Mr. Neil Strauss, the book the game was written by Neil when he was hanging out with actual pickup artists. In fact he was hanging out with the one and only “Mystery” and learning the game of picking up women.

In his book, he talks about how he saw firsthand all these techniques all these so called ”games” actually working on picking up women and getting their numbers and more. I think Neil Strauss is a perfect example of a normal guy or as he mentions in his book an “AFC” average frustrated chump and how PUA turned his life upside down.

I personally haven’t read this book, and I will not read the book. Why? My PUA coach and other people that I know in the PUA community read it and they gave me a fairly good idea about what it was.

The best part that I heard was the last part, and that is how they felt so empty after realizing that they can pretty much approach any girls they want and they felt that there has to be more to girls than just this.

Actually what happened at that stage was they finally became the man that they wanted to become as far as PUA or as far as talking to women and getting women was concerned, they conquered that part of their life. By the way if you’re doing PUA properly, this will happen to you to. As it happened to me.

So what comes next?

What’s the next logical, evolutionary step?

It all depends on what your wants and your needs are. Are they still the same or have they changed after you’ve mastered PUA?

It all depends on what you want and thanks to doing PUA, you will KNOW what you want as far as the opposite sex is concerned.

For now, if you want to learn more about PUA or in another words becoming a real man, go ahead and read the game by Neil Strauss. If my PUA coach and my PUA brothers, that it is a good read indeed.

Consistent action brings results. Whether it’s going to the gym, whether it’s a project you are working on, same ‘LAW of SUCESS’ applies to PUA and that is consistent action.

When I started doing PUA, I think in the 90 days my pua coach and I went sarging (Going out to talk to random girls and hopefully close them), it was maybe 5 or less days that we didn’t go out. That’s 85/90 or a we went sarging 94% of the time in 90 days.

My world was turned UPSIDE DOWN and PERMANENTLY changed in those 90 days and the same thing will happen to you –  if you take daily action that is.

We went out regardless even if it was raining or cold (Vancouver weather is usually like that) and we went out even if we were super tired or not. If we didn’t go up and down a street we went to a coffee shop. If we couldn’t go right after work, but we went later but we went out god dammit!

If it wasn’t the coffee shop we would make bull shit conversations with a bunch of girls outside a pub having a smoke. We took daily action and we did something everyday. All for just 60 minutes minimum. That was our definite goal.

Basically, we were honing our craft. The most amazing thing about PUA is anyone can do it.

So this is my Daily PUA routine right now . . .

1. Get ‘In State’ before leaving the house in the morning. 

This is a must. As soon as you leave for work or go out you should be ‘In state’. You can’t afford to miss any hotties that are out there. Heck it could be even you neighbour’s mom (Anything is possible).

However, I personally don’t recommend you ‘eat and shit’ at the same place. There is plenty of game out there anyways. Also getting in state will help you get along in your other daily activities as well like meeting new clients or just that awesome feeling of being ‘Alpha’ throughout the day.  That feeling of being a REAL MAN (This ‘In State’ feeling is harnessed when you are talking to a chick or number close a chick. The more girls you talk to, the more you harness it, the more alpha you get and the faster it is to get in state). You’ll get much more accomplished in other areas of your life as well if you get ‘In State’ every morning.

So get ‘In state’ before you leave the house is a must. I didn’t do this before but now I do because I don’t want to miss a thing like Aerosmith lol

2. After work, go out sarging for 60 minutes minimum.

Believe me, it only takes 60 minutes of sarging everyday and your life will be changed forever. If you can go more than definitely do it but don’t come home unless your 60 minutes are done.

Go to coffee shops.

Walk up and down your street or other streets if possible.

Go to the mall.

Go to the grocery store.

Carry a business card or some address on a piece of paper, stop random girls ask them for directions, multi thread whatever.

But do something for 60 minutes. A tip here is that go out a little bit early on weekdays or mid week because most people go to bed early since they have to work the next day.

Nothing sucks than going out late, hardly seeing any sets and than coming back home and feeling like a total looser. It’s not a waste because you at least had the guts to take action (Getting out of the house) but I’m sure you’ll agree that coming back after talking to a few chicks is much better.

3. Talk about the experience on PUAway.com or PUAnow on Youtube. 

I do this because I want to share this information with you and I LOVE DOING THIS! However, before when I wasn’t running PUAway.com or making videos on youtube, I use to come back and write down notes.

If I didn’t get a girl’s number or whatever I would analyze the situation and right down something like “Do Kino next time” or something like Open set, Kino immediately, multi thread or “More multi-threading next time”. Basically, go out and learn from mistakes.

I think PUA is the only thing I’ve ever done in my life where when you don’t take action, it REALLY FUCKIN STINGS later (Like when you are trying to go to bed).

Tomorrow’s is another day . . . only you can control to NOT feel like shit again if you know what I’m saying.

“Is that guy your boyfriend or is he just stuck in the friend zone?”

This will guarantee get you 99.9% of the women you use this on laughing like crazy. introduce yourself next, shake hands start multi-threading.

PROVEN pick up line used by your’s truly JB the Mummy

Today I went grocery shopping and this GORGEOUS MOM in a nice tight small dress pushing her baby around in the stroller and kept looking at me. I knew she was looking at me because I KNOW when someone is looking at me. I didn’t make direct contact because I wanted her to want me more.

You can say it was my sixth sense which is what I call my PUA sense. Now I was dying to open that set (With a baby lol) but I studied the situation. Just to make sure she was single for sure.  I was like how can I open this OBVIOUS single mom?

Single freaking HOT MOM! I mean you probably see hot moms all the time but she was dressed like she was suppose to be at a club or something. I knew I couldn’t open here right than and there so I started thinking about what if the next time I run into a similar situation, what the heck would I do? Than it finally hit me . . . I should carry some little hand sized toys or so (Toys for kids, I’m not talking about a dildo here lol) and that can be a great opener as well.

For example:

“Hey, is that your kid”

Hot Mom: Yes

Put your hands in your pocket “Hold on I got something here” Pull out the toy and say “Can I give this to your kid, my little cousin gave it to me, it was her birthday last night”.

The idea is to get to her though her kid. The toy thing just popped in my head. Dealing with the kid will show that you are mature.

Say ‘her’ instead of ‘him’. It will let her know that you do know females (Even if it’s your imaginary cousin) and will help her bring her initial guard or bitch shield down. She’s a mature mom so most likely she’ll probably be friendly and confident and easy going unlike a super young girl.

Start multi-threading . . . using the contents in her shopping cart . . . go from there.

Can’t wait to try this out . Just an idea that popped in my head so I decided to share it.

If you’re really good at ‘running game’, you can get literally get any girl you go after (At least a first date like I always say). Just like anything in life, if you don’t know about a particular subject, it’s best to learn from the best.

In the case of P.U.A or Pick up artistry, Mystery is definitely one of the best or as I like to call him . . . the ‘Godfather of PUA’. If you read and applied any of the PUA stuff so far, most likely that information was probably first revealed by Mystery, the Pick Up Artist.

Mystery, the Pick Up Artist, is a Canadian fellow (YAAAAY!) who has single handedly revolutionized the way men pick up women. Not so commonly known as Erik Von Markovik (His real name), he’s consistently classified as the man who started it all (Well at least brought the whole PUA genre to the masses).

Once a celebrity on VH1’s The Pick Up Artist, Erik may just be one of the most popular people that dating and especially the seduction genre has ever seen. After all, he has helped thousands of men to so called “Pick up” women on a regular basis. Even at the ripe age of 40, Erik continues to appeal to men that are younger than him, and has tricks to appeal to every type of woman.

It’s really funny to me when people say things like come on dude you are too old for this or whatever and my response is if you love something, age doesn’t matter at all (Has anyone heard of Hugh Hefner?).

Formerly a magician, Mystery, the Pickup Artist may very well have coined the phrase “peacocking”, the idea of having a piece of clothing or an accessory that will help you stand out from the crowd (Especially in a club). While not a conversation starter, this article of clothing would at least help you catch the eye of women that normally wouldn’t pay attention to you.

Mystery’s methods were quite basic, but they worked for several men, which is what brought him to the level of fame he’s at today. He’s written two books for men to read on their way to grabbing a woman’s attention; The Mystery Method: How to Get Beautiful Women into Bed, and The Pickup Artiist: The New and Improved Art of Seduction.

Today, Mystery, the Pickup Artist, continues to offer advice to both dating websites and individuals who shell out good money to get his advice. This popularity of his is the proof that his methods actually do work (Yes they do!). Give his ideals a try, and you may just find yourself becoming a pickup artist as well pretty soon.



Originally started on August 21st, 2011, I started to get back into street game.

Why?

I noticed my daily life was being effected in a negative way (Including personal relationships, work and pretty much everything else).

The feeling of becoming weaker was slowly taking over me and I realized I have to start running game again to harness ‘Female Energy’ to keep unleashing my personal man core energy.

In a nutshell, to keep growing.

So after like 4 days, there was another 46 day break (Traveling to Japan, Korea, Hong Kong etc, got busy with work, personal life and just life in general).

On Oct 13th, 2011 I started again and took a few days to setup up this website, got the camera thing working (So I can show you guys in-field approaches) and go from there.

Day 46: PUA Update | Video Transcript

Hey guys, what’s up? This is JB the Mummy. All right, the reason for making this video is actually really special. This is the reason I started making the videos and stuff, the PUA stuff that I’m sharing with you guys so let’s get back to it but let’s get back to running street game because that’s what the original goal was. I guess I stopped making videos after Day 4. I didn’t put up Day 3 and Day 4 videos.
I will as soon as I get to it but I did approach someone after like 9 months of fucking nothing almost, at least zero street game, definitely, so that one’s kinda cool. I wanna share that with you.

Whatever I can, whatever happens, whatever’s necessary, I’m gonna put everything that’s out there that’s happened to me on here so you guys see exactly how it’s done and it can be done by anyone, just have some balls, you know, and just be a man about it and learn some tips and shit that can help you totally do it so that’s what I wanna share. I’m kinda happy about doing this again, street game, you know, so originally we left off at Day 4. I wanna say August 21st was the day when I started documenting Day 1, Day 2 and I stopped after Day 4.

The reason I stopped was it’s just I just got busy, you know, I was traveling and it’s an excuse but still but it was a good excuse in a way because I really wanted to just go and clear my head and get things right about what’s going on in my life and what I need to do to further keep growing and keep evolving so it was a very big change. I think traveling is awesome. Like whenever you guys get to travel somewhere outside of your comfort zone or whatever, do it. Go and visit, it’s gonna open your brain, it’s gonna help you learn about other people and you can even learn – and you can even learn game outside of your place of residence or country or whatever. It’s fucking dope.
This game thing is international, baby, and that’s what I wanna show you guys.

It’s all about being a man, it’s all about creating that man-and-woman connection and it is something unbelievable once you start doing it, once you start even seeing me, how I’m doing it. Anyways, so I’m really happy about it, I just wanted to share this, you know, from now on, we’re getting back to street game consistently. I wanna open sets wherever I can, whenever I can, and I wanna document and hopefully videotape as much as I can and that’s all there is to it, so I’m really happy, you know, getting back to the roots, I guess. That’s the exact steps I’m doing. I went out yesterday to the mall for the first time, just kinda like warm-up, you know, so I’m just hanging out, looking at the girls, hanging out, trying to feel their energy, trying to be around that environment and getting comfortable with it and it felt good, it felt good, no pressure, no nothing, I was just like, “Yo, let’s just, let’s relax, let’s, kinda, imagine this is like a rave and you’re in a wave and you’re going along with the wave and just enjoying it” and it felt good. Time to hit the streets, time to go out and time to get some numbers and some closes, baby. Gotta keep the leads coming so, again, I’m really happy about it so that’s – I hope I can document as much as I can and I wanna show you guys as much as I can how this dope shit, how dope running game is and how amazing it is and how it’s gonna change your life completely. It’s the rawest of street game, star jam, going out and getting numbers, you know, which is amazing so I wanna share that with you and I’m happy to get back on it so let’s call this, you know, I’m gonna call it – I don’t wanna call it Day 1, I’m gonna call it exactly what it, which is Day Something.

I don’t know what August 21st minus what October 12th is but I’m gonna calculate that shit and put it up on the video, so anyways, JB the Mummy going back in the game and feeling good, feeling relaxed, you know? That’s how it is, do things your way but do it and take action. Just take action, that’s it, no problem, payce. Okay guys, I’m on my way to the mall to be open a set or whatnot and here’s a really good tip, a really good tip that as soon as you see someone, open up, so don’t worry, don’t whatever, even if you’re walking in the mall, just open that set, so I’m gonna try that. Okay guys, what’s up? J-to-the-B and so I’m just actually coming back from the mall.

It was pretty much fucking dead, heh-heh-heh-heh, but it was actually. There was one set. Now here’s the thing, you gotta be calm about it. You don’t have to go all crazy and punish yourself and this or that or be mean to yourself. I was pretty calm about it. I was looking for a set so I was like, “Fuck, whatever,” as soon as a set comes and I’m thinking of an opener, you know, the whole process that I explained before so, this time, what happened was when I saw one set, it was one set, fuckin’ very nice set and surprisingly, as soon as I passed her and, like, she was just looking at the – I guess she was on the second floor. I was on the second floor, too.

She was looking down at people walking on your house, I guess, so I was like, “Wow, that’s a nice set,” one set, so I was like, “Fuck, this will be awesome,” so as I passed her I came up with an opener, which was funny because usually, you know, this is the thing, once you start going ahead, you’re gonna see improvements in yourself so, as soon as I passed, I got a opener in my head and it was an opener actually used previously, which was, “Hey, can you take a picture of me?” I had a camera and I actually remembered to close this one, made bullshit, blah-blah-blah. The first time I used it not only with this chick here but, here’s the thing, I got the opener, so now I was just like, kinda, you know, getting the, I guess the situation right, you know, to see if there were – just see, make sure she’s by herself and blah-blah-blah and making sure it’s not a boyfriend around and bullshit like that so this time it was funny because it actually took me just five minutes so when I went again, when I looked back, she was gone, almost like a ghost. Obviously she just walked away somewhere but I didn’t take that long, that’s the funny part, and it’s an improvement, definitely, it’s sets and I wish there were more sets. It’s the fucking weekday.

That’s my excuse, I guess, so that’s it but I’m kinda happy about what happened, you know? It’s good. I take action and whatnot. Fuck, looking for sets and this street game is where it’s at so that’s what I wanna improve so I’m happy about the situation. It could be even better but it’s cool, it’s cool. I got a opener right off the bat, which was unbelievable so it’s good.
I’m getting there. It’s only a matter of days. Who knows? Maybe tonight. Payce!

Approach Anxiety | Video Transcript

Hey guys, what’s up? This is JB the Mummy. Today I wanna talk about approach anxiety, oooo. Approach anxiety?! Anxiety?!

It’s not like a fucking disease. Oh no, I think I’m dead, ma, ma? Ma, I think I have approach anxiety. So what’s the deal with this, all right? Why do, as men, we have a problem approaching a hot girl whenever we see one?

Why is it like that? There’s a very good reason for it actually and it all started thousands and thousands of years when we used to live in caves and you know what, some people today still live in caves. [Laughter] Anyways, what my point is, when we used to be cave men and cave people, I guess, you know, before civilization touched us – and yes, even today, there are people who haven’t been touched by civilization and they are living in caves – [laughter] but, okay, seriously, thousands and thousands of years ago, when we used to live, if we, as a guy, as a dude, if you looked another chick that belonged to another cave dude or another cave man, he would grab this big piece of rock and he would smash your head with it, a’ight, and that will be the end of that and anyone watching, anyone around, that would be a pretty clear message and it would go straight to your subconscious fucking mind because it would shake the shit out of you and now don’t fuck around with other peoples’ girls. Over time it kinda developed into something like, “Hey, let’s not fucking even go talk to that girl because she could belong to someone who could possibly smash my head in with a fucking big-ass rock. So we developed a fear.

I wouldn’t call it a fear, I would say more like a defense mechanism that was developed by our brain to protect us. Our brain’s job is to protect us. It doesn’t care if we’re if happy, it doesn’t care if we’re sad, our brain’s job is to ensure survival and that’s it. It’s our job to wake up and, you know, take control of our body, our brain and our mind and, you know, these are the three things that we have that we have control over — that you have control over – these are three tools that you have to work your way around in this world and so time to take control of your life, a’ight, and I wanna talk about how we can deal with approach anxiety. Now I’m not gonna pressure you into this, you know? Don’t feel pressured. It’s dealing with approach anxiety, dealing with fucking thousands and thousands of years of hardwired bullshit, uhm, will take a few weeks, if you do it properly.

Believe it or not change can happen [snaps fingers] like this, so I’m just giving you a nice way of doing it. At the same time you will be breaking out of your comfort zone, which is good because the more you break out of that shit, the more you get to grow, so Number 1 tip in dealing with approach anxiety is to get the hell outta the house, get the fuck outta the house. Step 1, complete! Yes! And what I mean by that is go out, actively seek people, actively go to places where there are women around, hot women, around shopping malls, whatever, wherever in your area.

If you go out, some people are lucky enough to just step outta the house and there are two girls walking here, there’s, like, a three set coming this way, there’s a mixed group coming, blah-blah-blah, so wherever you see women or wherever there’s an influx, a large influx of women, go there. Step 2 is start by making eye contact, all right? At least start making eye contact. I made a awesome video on how to make eye contact with women, so check that out — bing – and have a look at it and study it and then, more importantly, go out and do it and get comfortable with it, you know? The more eye contact you make, that’s one of the – it’ll give a lotta confidence and, at the same time, it’ll propel you to the next step, and the next step is Step 3!

You know how when you see a hot girl and you really wanna go talk to her? There’s a thing that happens, there’s a process that takes place in your brain. What happens is the first millisecond whenever you see a girl, you’re like, “Fuck, I love your tits,” or “Fuck, look at that ass, I wanna fuck her.” This takes maybe half of a second, half a millisecond and, right after that, you start getting, you know, the programming bullshit that we have in our heads, that, “Oh, maybe she’s going to her boyfriend, maybe she is busy, maybe she doesn’t give a shit about me, maybe she is a lesbian, maybe she blah-blah-blah is late for work,” any excuse you want. That’s when our brain kicks in to protect us, you know? Half a millisecond before that you have that you are untouchable core energy, which is “Oh my God, I wanna fuck her, I wanna touch her, I wanna get to know her,” after that.

So the third step is when you see a girl and you’re getting this thought in your head, the initial thought that “Oh my God, I wanna touch her,” now you can either go approach, which is obviously highly-recommended if you can, just go approach, do whatever, say whatever the fuck you can but I guarantee you, in the beginning, you will have a problem coming up with opener. That’s why a lotta guys don’t approach women, “Oh, I don’t have a opener, I don’t know what to say, I don’t know what to say.” Well, do this, relax, you see a hot girl, you wanna touch her, just be like, you know, carry a notepad with you or you can take notes on your iPhone or whatever and as soon as – I – I’m – the reason I’m telling you this as soon as she leaves, guess what’s gonna happen? You are gonna get an opener in your head. You’re gonna be like, “Fuck, I should’ve said that, fuck I should’ve said that,” so when you get that opener in your head, just fucking write it down so the next day, when you see the same situation or, even a few hours later, when you see the same situation later, different girl, doing the same thing, we’re human beings, we — we do the same thing most of the time so you see the girl, check on your iPhone, there’s your thing, your new opener’s right there, waiting for you.

You could try it on this girl, right? Look at it and go and do it. A little tip for you when you’re approaching women is do not say, “Excuse me,” do not say, “Hi,” or whatever, say, “Hey,” you know alpha-way, “Hey,” you don’t give a shit. It’s like, “Hey, hey, hey,” don’t say, “Excuse me, can I talk to you for a second?” “Hey” is much better.

It’s alpha, it’s manly and it’s very casual, you know, “Hey,” you know? It means, whatever. “Excuse me” means, “Oh, oh my God, I’m a queer, can you help me?” You know, nah, you don’t want that bullshit. “Hey, what’s – what’s why are you looking at that shoe? My friend got that shoe and you know what did she say? You wouldn’t believe this, come here, let’s have a seat, let’s talk; I’ll tell you what she said.” Grab her by the hand, sit down, boom, done.

Okay, the last advice is actually awesome advice because this is the one that got me going into the game, you know? I’m not a natural-born whatever, superman, nobody is. The last advice is if you can get a PUA, if you are struggling, if for 1 fucking month, for 30 days, you can’t approach this step, you haven’t talked to a hot girl and you have a real wrong gig or opening or shit like that, you know what? Get a PUA coach, find a PUA coach, pay him for the week, who cares? Pay him a fucking $1,000.00 for a week and go out with him, watch him, how he opens his sentence, you know?

There’s nothing special about it. It’s all about practice so just do it and this is my last final advice, if you are really, really, really struggling because let it stop you, don’t let anything stop you. If you have the money, go for it, go for it, you’re gonna be thankful to yourself that you made this, that you took this decision so this is how got in free thinking, this how I started coaching. I was amazing in everything else, naturally. Everyone has natural talents when it comes to PUA.

Some people are good at story-telling, some people are good at this so my natural talent, I have a lot of – I was really good at bullshitting, which is story-telling so – but I sucked at openings so I was with my PUA coach and I think if I wasn’t with him I probably wouldn’t be doing anything right now so much love, much thanks to my PUA coach and, at the same time, if you can get a PUA coach go get one, ASAP. Yeah! Approach anxiety?! What the fuck is that?! We have a motherfucking anxiety! We approach girls out there with guy ____ plates.
